It looks like Backrooms fans will finally be able to roleplay as an Async Researcher this year for Halloween, as a leaked retail listing reveals that Spirit Halloween will be releasing Async hazmat costumes this season. Additionally, a Pirate Clark costume will also be released.

Kane has been posting some BTS Backrooms related content to his Instagram stories today – namely some photos of Cap’n Clark’s and the Backrooms, some shots of Mary and Phil, and a 30 second video of the set which was labelled “1 Year Ago”.

Backrooms Tops iTunes Charts
Backrooms was the #1 movie on the US iTunes Charts over the last week, taking the top spot from Obsession. Other countries in the world also saw Backrooms take the #1 spot as the movie released on digital last week.

A24 has released a statement on their stance when it comes to the Backrooms IP and that they don’t wish to prevent other people from creating works based around the concept. While Kane has posted on his Discord to summarise the situation after he was in contact with them about the matter.
