After all the waiting, the speculation, the trailers and the hype, Backrooms is now officially released in several countries around the world, with other countries such as the US, Canada and UK officially releasing on the 29th (some US cinemas have an advance screening on the 28th).
Unless you’re lucky enough to live in Italy or South Korea – those two countries saw a release a day early, with Italy even having a midnight screening for fans.
Reports around the world are that tickets for opening weekend are selling fast, with some cinemas already sold out of sessions. If you want to make sure you see it in the next few days, we’d recommend pre-booking so you don’t miss out.
Reports from people who attended premiere screenings have been extremely positive by both fans and media alike. Online, there has been a lot of hype and buzz about Backrooms with many people engaging in content and Backrooms communities seeing an increase in activity.
