A24 have added a section to their Backrooms website to showcase liminal photos of cinemas. They are inviting people to submit their own photos to be included. So whether you’re a liminal photographer or just enjoy taking an occasional liminal photo for fun, then head over to submit your own!

We are also loving that the page gives off a liminal and old-school website vibe – no header, just text and a style more reminiscent of older websites (similar to how we have an older website style, although ours is a more graphic layout).
Additionally one of our own photos was included on their Instagram story promoting the movie! A photo of none other than Melbourne’s most liminal cinema, Cinema Nova!
