Following on from yesterday’s ARG update, A24 have opened async.backrooms.mov which allows you to generate your own Async ID badge.
By entering your name (you can use an alias or nickname if you wish), job title (this you can choose yourself) and email; along with uploading an image of yourself, you can generate and download an image of a personalized Async ID badge. There is also an option to purchase a physical version, however this option appears to only be available to residents of the US, Canada, UK and Australia.
There are some terms and conditions in relation to uploading the image so it might be a good idea to check these out before making a purchase as there is a clause relating to there being no guarantee of receiving a physical badge if the requirements are not met (for example you cannot upload an image of a character owned by another company – this is most likely due to copyright reasons as A24 wouldn’t have the rights to sell anything with characters that don’t belong to them). If you’re not planning to purchase however and just want to generate the image file, there most likely won’t be any issues.
