HBO have officially announced that Backrooms will be coming to their streaming platform in the US on September 25.
For those following A24, this comes as no surprise as A24 made a deal with HBO late last year which would see its new release movies coming to their streaming platform.
At this time only HBO Max in the US has made the announcement although it’s likely that an international release will be around the same time unless existing contracts are in place.
Additionally Backrooms will premiere on HBO’s linear channel the following day on September 26 at 8pm Eastern.
