Fast food giant, McDonalds has jumped on the Backrooms bandwagon posting a 2 minute video based on the Backrooms. The video begins in the familiar mono-yellow walls with occasional signage, before arriving at an actual McDonalds store that would be within the Backrooms.
The video was initially posted on X/Twitter with the caption “chat did i just noclip”.
Backrooms fans may be familiar with an image posted back in 2022 of a McDonalds store in the Backrooms.that went on to become a meme with captions often along the lines of “thank god I was getting hungry”. While the developer of the popular game Escape the Backrooms revealed a level called Level 0.〽️ in a 2023 devlog video. It’s unlikely that the level will ever get made as it was done as a joke (his devlogs do actually contain a lot of joke and brainrot type content in amongst actual gameplay footage).
