Backrooms is A24’s Most Successful Movie Ever

In less than a week since it’s release in the US, Backrooms has become the most successful movie ever for A24 in the Domestic (US) box office.

A24’s top 5 movies as of now are as follows:

1. Backrooms (2026) – $100 million
2. Marty Supreme (2025) – $96 million
3. Everything Everywhere all at Once (2022) – $77.2 million
4. Civil War (2024) – $68.7 million
5. Uncut Gems (2019) – $50 million

Although we haven’t come across the figures for the world yet on this, it’s extremely likely that this will be the case also in the global box office seeing the movie consistently hit #1 in countries all around the world.
